Community Guidelines

**Development placeholder — not production legal text**

This document exists only so Naveh can test policy versioning, rendering, and acceptance in the development environment.

It is not attorney-reviewed, not production-ready, and not sufficient for launch.

Development expectations for testing: be respectful in interactions, do not attempt to abuse the platform during tests, and remember that real community rules will ship only with future production policy versions.
